Mental Health Maintenance
A revolutionary new course that explores the 12 dimensions of wellbeing.
20Talk recognised that current ‘best practice’ corporate wellbeing training is clunky, and out of touch fosters a tick a box mentality. With that in mind our team spent 15 months with 12 wellbeing specialists to create our own one day training course called Mental Health Maintenance (MHM).
Focusing on learning integration, modern wellbeing evidence and lived experience; MHM is a one day interactive wellbeing literacy course that explores Dr Hettler’s dimensions of wellbeing. Modules include: Self-Control, Exercise, Breathing, Sleep, Nutrition, Finance, Relationships, Occupation, Environment, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual dimensions.
“Enrolling in 20Talk's Mental Health Maintenance course has been a game-changer for me. The holistic approach, expertly crafted modules, and the blend of lived experiences have not only equipped me with practical tools for wellbeing but have also sparked a profound shift in my mindset.” Alex
